This week we also recognize Social Worker Week, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible impact Stacey has on the residents, families, and staff here at Durant Healthcare. Social workers are the heart of advocacy, compassion, and support in healthcare. She helps guide families through difficult decisions, provides comfort during challenging times, and makes sure every resident’s voice is heard and respected. Thank you for the kindness, patience, and dedication you show every single day. The work you do often happens behind the scenes, but the difference you make in the lives of our residents and their families is truly immeasurable!!

Today we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team here at Durant Healthcare.
Working in long-term care isn’t easy. It takes patience, compassion, and a genuine heart for people. Every single day our staff shows up ready to care for our residents like family, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. From our nurses and CNAs to housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, therapy, and administration — it truly takes every one of you to make this place what it is.

Happy Halloween!! We had the pleasure of welcoming many young guests today! Policemen, dinosaurs, firemen and many more! The Residents loved seeing all the little ones in costume!
