Healing, adjusting, carrying you through the day.

If you’re tired, if something hurts, if progress feels slower than you hoped…
Pause.
Breathe.

A client shared this after doing her homework:

“Yes, I didn’t even realize I was doing too much at the time. These small movements seem like not much is happening, but THEY ADD UP. I’m doing 3–5 reps of each movement, then taking a few 360 breaths in between. I really think cool things are going to happen over the next few weeks. Thank you, Weslina!”
