If your back has been getting louder lately, it might not be because you’re “doing too much” it might be because your body needs a little more support from the inside out. 🌿

So many people are taught to brace, tighten, or push through back pain. This workshop is about learning how your core, breath, and movement patterns work together so your back doesn’t have to do all the work alone. It’s gentle, practical, and designed to give you tools you can actually use in your workouts and daily life.

You don’t need to move perfectly you just need to move in a way your body can support. If you’re curious how to reduce back pain and feel more confident in your movement again, this is a great place to start.

The Holistic Pelvis doesn’t do one-size-fits-all care. 🌿

This work is about slowing down enough to actually listen to your body, not just treating symptoms. Every person walks in with a different story, nervous system, history, and relationship to their body and your care should reflect that.

The difference here is the way we look at the whole picture: how you breathe, how you move, how your body holds stress, how your daily life shapes your symptoms. Healing isn’t just about strengthening muscles it’s about building safety, connection, and trust in your body again.

You’re not a checklist.
You’re a whole human.

Back pain can feel frustrating and a lot of people are told it’s just something they have to live with. But often, it’s your body asking for better support and coordination, not a sign that you’re “broken.” 🌿

This workshop is about learning how your core actually works as a system and how small changes in the way you move, breathe, and manage pressure can make a real difference in how your back feels both in everyday life and during exercise.

Some days you just need to hear this: you’re doing enough. 💛

Parenting, healing, navigating your own body, showing up for others—it’s a lot. And you’re allowed to need support while doing it. Asking for help isn’t a failure; it’s a really human thing to do.

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. There is room here for you to be supported, to feel seen, and to take a breath. 🌿

You’re allowed to take up space in your own life, too.
