So many people are taught to brace, tighten, or push through back pain. This workshop is about learning how your core, breath, and movement patterns work together so your back doesn’t have to do all the work alone. It’s gentle, practical, and designed to give you tools you can actually use in your workouts and daily life.
You don’t need to move perfectly you just need to move in a way your body can support. If you’re curious how to reduce back pain and feel more confident in your movement again, this is a great place to start.
