We had a wonderful weekend in Austin for our in person time with NLPR, got to relax in our float pods for some mom relaxation time 💆🏻‍♀️,and enjoy good food and drinks!

With our return, we are pleased to say we officially have Next Level Pain Relief as an option on our booking site! They are 2 hour and 3 hour sessions, where we will get to demonstrate all that we have learned and continue learning.

NLPR is an amazing mat based, Thai inspired session, with a guided flow feel. And yes, you are fully clothed! Have any questions? Send them our way, we would love to answer them!
