Thank you to everyone who participated in our pot luck contest for the residents! Every dish was a hit, and the residents had a hard time choosing their favorite! Nurse Jamie was awarded first place for her summer berry poke cake!

provided our residents with the unique opportunity to travel the world with VR goggles! They went trackside to Nascar, swamp with sharks, sat in a field of butterflies, and even pet some puppies! Thank you ladies for taking our residents on a memorable armchair destinations!

What a unique opportunity for the KDS community! OK Tackle Calera hosted a fishing derby for the residents, complete with live fish and rods & reels!
It isn't every day you walk outside and go fishing on your lawn!
A very special thanks to OK Tackle Calera @ , Holly Russell of , , and the aides of KDS who assisted the residents with their fishing. This could not have happened without all of the above mentioned people coming together in unity for the residents.
