Seeking a full time Dental Assistant to join our fun yet professional team!

Applicant does not need experience but is a positive. Applicant MUST have a great work ethic, a positive attitude, be able to take initiative, be a mult-tasker and be committed to being part of a team. We will train the right person with these qualities and we will help you get your various dental assistant certificates so you can begin a new, exciting career if you are not already a dental assistant!

Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:15 am-4:00pm. Pay is based on experience with potential for growth based on learned experiences. We offer full time benefits including 2 weeks paid leave in addition to our scheduled time off, health insurance, IRA contribution, scrubs provided and potential bonuses.

2024 marks the 20th year anniversary of All About Smiles Dentistry. It started out being a small dental practice of Dr. Denton Anderson just a few blocks down the road until he retired it 2004. Dr. Jason and Dr. Chasity Carper then took over and it became what is now All About Smiles. In 2007 it moved to its current location at 724 N. Washington. To those patients that have been here since the beginning, you all know that Mary has been with the practice for over 2 decades!!!! We treated her today with a special gift and a trip to celebrate her years of service. The rest of the office celebrated with a great lunch at Old Ice House Durant and a delicious cake and cookies by MD Cakes. Thank you to all of our patients, previous team members and all those that helped support us as we built All About Smiles to be the practice it is today. Dr. Jason and Dr. Chasity could never express their appreciation enough. Thank you all!

Kicks For Durant will be partnering once again this year with Feeding Hope Foundation! All sizes of new or gently used shoes, as well as new socks are needed! Drop off locations are: Burrage Law Firm, All About Smiles Dentistry, Lost Street Brewery, and George Washington Elementary School.
