We've had several patients ask about the cost of obtaining their medical records — and we want to clear up some confusion.

If you've been told it costs $1.00 per page, that is NOT accurate under Oklahoma law.

👉 Here’s what the law actually allows:

$1.00 for the first page

$0.50 for each additional page

Up to a maximum of $200

📢 But here’s the good news:
If we request your records on your behalf, there is no cost to you. We are happy to help you get what you need — free of charge.
