We are all planning on a delayed start of 10 am tomorrow, January 28th. Patients already scheduled between 8-10 will be called this afternoon and rescheduled. We are working to clear out the parking lot and sidewalks but please be aware there is a lot of ice to contend with. Praying for the continued safety of everyone as this ice melts!

We have decided to close all day tomorrow, January 27th, due to the road conditions. Our staff will be calling to reschedule patients who had an existing appointment. If you need medication refills, please request them through your pharmacy and our staff will get those taken care of tomorrow.

We have made the difficult decision to close the clinic tomorrow, January 26th. Any patients who had existing appointments will be called today and rescheduled. We didn’t come to this decision lightly, but the fact that the roads are hazardous and many of our employees live farther away from the clinic makes closing feel like the safest option. We will reassess tomorrow and update our plans for Tuesday as they become available. Thanks for your understanding.

The clinic will be closed this Wednesday, December 24th through Sunday, December 28th for the Christmas holiday and will reopen at 8 am on Monday, December 29th. If you are needing refills or anything else please make sure to call the clinic by tomorrow at noon so that we can get everyone taken care of before leaving for the holiday.
