Our Functional Week doesn’t mean “easy week”.

It’s the week we move better so we can train harder later.
This is where strength meets control. Where we “bulletproof”joints, clean up movement, and build the kind of capacity that actually carries over to real life.

If your body feels worked but not wrecked, that’s the point.

HYROX CHICAGO 🔥 COMPLETED. UNDER. TWO. HOURS.

The squad really popped off for their first one.
They trained on their own time outside of group sessions. Linked up on weekends. Added extra miles. Some ran their first 5K ever. Others walked away with brand-new PRs.

And that’s the part I love the most ..it wasn’t just about HYROX. It was about proving that the athlete you thought was “in the past” is actually still in you… just waiting on you to reclaim them in a new way.

Proud is an understatement. This is GTA work ethic. This is .

✅And since we’re now official HYROX affiliates, the journey is just getting started.

Habits shift. Mindsets reset. People realize they’re capable of way more than they thought.
