For years, Carolina H**p Hut has stood proudly in our community as more than just a h**p shop. We’ve been a safe place to learn, discover, and heal. We’ve helped thousands of people find relief with trusted h**p and botanical products — always tested, always compliant, always above-board.
But now, the very team that has always followed the rules is being unfairly targeted. The North Carolina ALE has raided our business, seized our products, and threatened our livelihood — ignoring the protections of the 2018 Farm Bill and punishing us for doing what’s right.
💔 Mary Lopez Carter, our founder, has dedicated her life to educating and supporting people. Instead of being celebrated, she’s being treated like a criminal. Every step we’ve taken has gone beyond the law to protect our customers.
