The Yemoja Headwaters Retreat is an intimate space that allows birth workers specifically in the South to take a breath, experience intentional rest, and build community. As someone who is constantly moving in my daily life, the retreat is a perfect place where I’m able to renew myself [you can change this sentence to fit you].

There have been many moving pieces in The Divine Doula this year! I am excited to share that our new website is now LIVE and we will begin accepting new families Summer 2023.

We have made a shift from primary hospital support to working closely with our local midwives in prenatal, homebirth and postpartum care. We will still be present in the hospitals for those in need but the focus is for low to no risk birthing folks to explore their options and make an educated decision. I intend to spend the rest of my days in community work supporting from a more intentional space based off what I have witnessed and experienced.

It has been one TRANSFORMATIVE year and for that I am grateful.
