➡️ Chronic Stress: Feeling like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Chronic stress can seep into every aspect of life, making even the smallest tasks feel like mountains.
➡️ Anxiety: That constant feeling of unease or worry? It might be a sign that you need a break. Anxiety can crop up when we're pushing ourselves too hard.
➡️ Decline in Motivation: Are things you used to love now feeling like chores? Losing motivation is like a warning sign from your mind that it needs a break.
