Hi Folks

Just a brief announcement to say that I have officially folded up the Systema For Life podcast - so you will no longer find it online.

We managed a good few years and over 100 episodes, with some great interviews and insights along the way. It seems like most people enjoyed it, and for better or worse, it seems to have served its intended purpose of getting more conversations around and about Systema training into the world. So my work here is done - I'm hanging up the microphone and stepping aside for anyone else who might like to take a turn :)

Would like to offer thanks to all the many instructors who agreed to be interviewed, to all our regulate listeners across the globe, and to everyone who supported the show over the years - whether financially* or just in spirit.
