Today's HIIT Dance Fitness class was an absolute blast! Thank you so much for joining me for my last Saturday class for a while due to my upcoming procedure. So many people left before the picture but y'all brought the party this morning that we had to use the gym today! Yay! Keep being true to yourselves! Remember to always dance like nobody's watching and Comparison is the thief of Joy!!!! See you soon!
