Venga con su familia a celebrar el Mes de la Herencia Hispana con alegría, orgullo y espíritu comunitario. Este evento es más que una reunión cultural: es un espacio de conexión, visibilidad y sanación.

Creemos que la atención de la salud mental no tiene por qué darse en soledad ni en silencio. Hemos visto lo poderoso que es cuando la sanación incluye nuestra cultura, nuestro idioma y nuestra gente. 💚 Por eso creamos espacios donde la comunidad, la conexión y el orgullo forman parte del proceso.

El apoyo en salud mental funciona mejor cuando se siente familiar, confiable y compartido. Sigamos sanando juntos.

🌿 En El Futuro, creemos que las familias más fuertes empiezan con pequeños momentos en la naturaleza. Durante mucho tiempo, se ha dicho que las familias latinas solo buscan apoyo parental en tiempos de crisis. Pero esa no es la historia que vemos.

💚 Cuando creamos espacios al aire libre con raíces culturales para conectar, las familias no solo aparecen, sino que prosperan, y lo hemos presenciado aquí mismo en nuestro espacio verde. Hemos visto las risas, el aprendizaje, la fortaleza silenciosa de padres e hijos creciendo juntos bajo los árboles, jugando en el arroyo...
✨ Por eso invertimos en programas que fomentan los vínculos tempranos entre padres e hijos en nuestro espacio verde. Porque el apoyo parental nunca debe ser el último recurso, sino el punto de partida.

🌿 At El Futuro, we believe that stronger familias start with small moments in nature. For too long, the dominant story has been that Latino families only seek parenting support in times of crisis. But that’s not the story we see.

💚 When we create culturally grounded, outdoor spaces for connection, families don’t just show up—they thrive, and we have witnessed it right here on our greenspace. We’ve seen the laughter, the learning, the quiet strength of parents and children growing together under the trees, playing in the creek...
✨ That’s why we’re investing in programs that nurture early parent-child bonds in our greenspace. Because parenting support should never be a last resort—it should be where we begin.

From 4 to 15: Two years ago, we planted a small seed—just 4 Community Mental Health Workers (CMHWs) committed to walking alongside our community through stress, depression, and everyday challenges. Today, we welcomed 7 new CMHWs for a total team of 15!

This growing team is more than numbers. It's a revolution of empathy, helping reduce isolation, build trust, and make sure our community members feel seen, heard, and valued.

Through culturally inclusive support and a sense of connection, our CMHWs are nurturing the mental health of our community—one caring conversation at a time. Together, we’re building a future where no one walks alone.

This is what mental health care transformation looks like. 💚
- Our rapidly growing Community Mental Health Worker team is walking alongside more people than ever—offering support for mild to moderate depression and anxiety.

- Our Peer Support Team is launching, and Conexiones are helping clients access life-changing resources in their own communities.

- Our clinical team, "Las Increíbles", are true champions—guiding both clients and staff with dedication and heart.

- Programs like El FARO (ADHD group) and Sin Ataduras (Substance Use Prevention) reached more people than ever last year.

- LAYA (Latine Adolescents and Young Adults) is expanding access for youth, and our psychiatrists and therapists continue to support clients with higher-level needs.

- And, our green space team is working with more partners to bring joy, healing, and connection to kids and families.

💚 Together, we are reimagining what culturally responsive, community-rooted mental health care can look like. And we’re just getting started. 🌱💪

We are seeking nominations for our Youth Advisory Council, a group that will be made up of Latine young adults who will serve as paid Latine Adolescent and Young Adults-LAYA experts to inform El Futuro’s program development, services, and activities. Participants ages 16 to 24 will be offered meaningful training opportunities and financial compensation.
