Huge thanks to the Taylor Family YMCA for organizing a kickoff event of our Mentes Fuertes program. It was a great event that celebrated our partnership with the YMCA and the important work with our community we are doing together, especially their case management program. We are excited to be partners in taking steps on their Strategic plan and their strategic plan where Every child and teen is resilient. Everyone is healthier. No one is lonely. We had a chance to hear from our Mentes Fuertes Program Manager, Rachel Mack, about the Mentes Fuertes program and she answered questions from the audience. We feel very grateful for this meaningful partnership and our Community Mental Health Workers workforce in Wake county and beyond. We cannot wait to continue improving the mental Health in the whole community with our new host site, Taylor Family YMCA! Thank you to everyone who came to the ribbon cutting ceremony! We cannot do this alone.
