Does My Insurance Cover This Surgery? Look it up! You can find out a lot of information on the Corporate Policy of the insurance company. Then you must find the specifics for your particular plan. Sometimes the Human Resources Department can help too. Call the insurance company & use the Chat Box on the Insurance Company Website.

Check out your insurance policy! It will help you understand their "rules of engagement" for getting surgery covered. Insurance companies publish corporate policies online, go find that first. Then you need to see that your particular plan is the same or has any exclusions to coverage. Your insurance company can send you a copy of your particular plan.
