We want nothing but smooth sailing as we switch over to Ocean Friends, so here are the steps to contact your Emerge therapist directly from the app (no messages in a bottle required) 🐚

1. If you haven't already done so, download the Ocean Friends app and register your account.
2. Open the messages icon at the bottom of your screen
3. Click the blue message button
4. Click "Clinicians" & search for your Emerge clinician
6. Start your private message!

It's that easy to drop us a line! 🎣 There are shore to be more questions, but don't worry, we'll keep the Ocean Friends tips flowing! 🌊
