Effective February 1, 2021 the 4119 Capitol Street office in north Durham will relocate to Central Medical Park (near the corner of N. Duke St. and Stadium Dr.)

TELEHEALTH VISITS BEING SCHEDULED FOR ALL NON-URGENT NEEDS.

The safety and well-being of our patients and staff is of utmost importance to us.
Per CDC recommendation and NC state mandate the following guidelines have been implemented for all who enter our offices:

• Please remain in your car and call our office for instructions on entering the building.
• Face masks covering mouth AND nose are required
• Temperature check required
• Screening questionnaire
• Patients are asked to come to their appointment unaccompanied unless a support person is needed; Minors may be accompanied by one parent
• Waiting rooms are closed until further notice. Please speak to the front desk to make arrangements about waiting in the building.

WE ARE NOW PROVIDING VIRTUAL VISITS THROUGH OUR TELEHEALTH SERVICE.
OUR UPDATED OFFICE HOURS ARE 9AM TO 3PM.

Due to the ongoing developments with the Coronavirus we are seeing patients on a LIMITED basis. At this time ONLY emergencies, infections, wounds and trauma will be see in OFFICE. We are now offering virtual visits through our Telehealth service that can be done from the comfort and safety of your home.

If you feel you need to be seen in person or are unsure of the nature of your visit, please call our office and we will screen you for urgency and severity. A determination will be made if you should be seen in office or if you can be seen via our Telehealth service.

PLEASE NOTE: All late and cancellation fees will be waived during this time.

Due to the developing situation with the Coronavirus and in the best interest of our patients, we have decided to ONLY see urgent cases such as infections, wounds and trauma. Routine checks, nail care and low grade pathologies (heel pain, flat feet etc) will NOT be seen at this time however can be scheduled for an appoint for no sooner than 30 days from today. PLEASE NOTE: all late cancellation fees will be waived during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
