💭💬 of the soldiers that have sacrificed their lives for our freedom and democracy. Big ❤️🫂 to my man, Mr. Ray, who is currently taking care of his Lady, Carol, while she is receiving cancer treatments at Duke. This Air Force veteran was stationed at Biên Hòa air base while serving his tour in Vietnam. His eyes lit up and cracked a smile when I said yes I know where that is. It is just four hours south of my hometown Cần Thơ. We enjoyed each other because we spoke simple English 😍
Our conversations are straight to the point, informative, and positive. He & I often reflected on "old school" values.
