Stretching ourselves builds new neural pathways, supports long-term brain health, and keeps our hearts soft and open.
New skills aren’t just physical — they can be emotional, relational, and the way we show up for ourselves and others.
And, let’s be honest: when we learn something new, we have to practice humility!!
