We seek to resolve your skin and hair issues through a restorative and healing medical and cosmetic treatments. Everyday, we see the impact skin and hair problems can cause our clients, young and old. With an expertise in the skin and hair issues of African Americans and other Peoples of Color, Dr. Jeffrey Scales is dedicated to resolving both the medical aspects of skin and hair diseases and any cosmetic considerations that will help you highlight and celebrate the best you.
