Our mission has always been to help our clients resolve conflicts through communication, cooperation, and understanding with the goal of making a more peaceful Durham. Spaulding Conflict Resolution Center is a nonprofit agency that offers affordable conflict resolution, mediation, and training services to clients throughout the greater Raleigh Durham community. Mediation is an informal process where disputing parties meet with trained, impartial mediators to describe their concerns, listen to each other and develop solutions that work for both parties.
