Seva Corps is now Sayva! From the very beginning, we have wanted to use our skills and resources to serve, and now our organization is expanding to serve not only those at the bottom of the pyramid but also other innovators who are looking to do the same. We aspire to expand the scope of our work so we can continue to bridge the gap in access to health care resources in new and innovative ways.

As a social impact engineering organization we are offering to help medical device entrepreneurs navigate the lean startup and FDA design and development processes with hands on technical program management support and a network of preferred partners. We put our process to the test with our in house development projects focused on low cost high impact medical solutions for infant health.

Please email info@say-va if you are interested in connecting with the team and learning more about our work!

Women in the US are dying in pregnancy and childbirth at unprecedented rates. These rates are disproportionately higher for Black women. At Seva, we believe that every mother and child deserves to not only survive but also thrive. This is why we have recently donated to the National Birth Equity Collaborative (NBEC) - an organization that seeks to optimize Black birth outcomes while uplifting Black women-led organizations. NBEC guides clinicians and researchers to center on the stories of Black women and their families through training, research, community-centered collaboration, and advocacy. Please consider making a donation to NBEC. Details can be found at https://birthequity.org

Healthcare inequality is not limited to low and middle income countries. According to the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, today in the United States, African American babies die before their first birthday at more than twice the rate of white newborns and African American women die at more than twice the rate of other women during pregnancy and childbirth. Seva Corps stands with Black Lives Matter. Let's bridge this gap so everyone not only has an equal opportunity to survive, but thrive.

To our healthcare professionals, we’d like to thank you for the incredible work you’ve been doing on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. At Seva, we’ve been asking ourselves what we can do to make your lives a little bit easier.

Our team has developed a brief survey to gather feedback on any pain points medical providers may currently be facing. We aim to partner together and innovate to find new solutions to make life a little easier within hospital wards and clinics across the world.

Please take some time to fill out or pass on our survey. Thank you!
