Meet Mustafa Öner, BA, a graduate-level clinical psychology trainee dedicated to equity, individualized care, and trauma-informed support. Fluent in English and Turkish, Mustafa brings a culturally responsive and socially aware approach to clinical work — grounded in rigorous academic training and hands-on experience across healthcare, research, and behavioral services.

Currently completing his practicum at Armstrong Center for Hope, Mustafa works with clients across diverse identities and life contexts, with a passion for accurate assessment and compassionate, culturally informed care.

Meet Kim Nichols, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in English, Communications, and Counseling. From Michigan to Fayetteville, she draws on systemic, strength-based approaches—like CBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Therapy—to support individuals, couples, and families through life transitions.
