We offer yoga, tai chi, meditation, wholistic therapies, and continuing education classes in a supportive, nurturing environment designed to help you restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Wherever you are on this journey, our goal is to assist you on your path toward wholeness. We know that the most effective therapies must be personalized to fit the specific needs of each individual. Do you have chronic tension or muscular pain and seek pain reduction? Have you been inactive too long and are eager to reclaim your body? Or are you already fit, but want to increase your level of fitness? Wholistic Health Studio has the facility, staff, and services to support you. We are your wellness resource. Stewart Walker is a therapist with a high degree of expertise and creativity. To maximize the benefits you receive from therapy, we work with you to design each session. Together with our fine instructors, we emphasize your unique path to wellness, your safety, and appropriate therapeutic goals. We envision an optimal learning and healing environment supported by massage therapy, therapeutic stretch routines, and a host of wellness classes.
