Recently an old friend was asking me how to get rid of sacroiliac pain. There are many reasons for pain in the SI joint and there isn't a one size fits all cure. However, bringing balance and strength back to your hips is always a plus. I hope this helps anyone suffering with hip pain. Let me know what you think!

WHY WORRY?

It's SO hard not to worry about the people we love when there is a global pandemic sweeping through the world.But worrying about someone is actually like gift wrapping a box of really horrible thoughts and images and sending them directly to someone we care about. Worrying thoughts don't make for great energy.
If you find that you cant stop worrying you might try this;
Visualize the person or people you love.Now imagine that they are safe, happy, smiling. Visualize a golden light coming from above falling down on them. As the light rains down over the crown of their head it begins to form a protective layer of golden light all around the outside of their body. This light will act as a shield protecting them from anything unwanted or harmful.
Practicing shifting our thought this way becomes a gift both to you and the recipient.

Lately my clients have been reporting feelings of burnout.They feel penetrated by the toxic environment and don't know how to keep all the negative stuff out. Basically they want to learn how to fortify their systems so that they can feel healthy and grounded instead of hopeless and vulnerable.
It's not easy but there are many ways to fortify your body against a toxic environment. It starts with clearing out the toxicity or negativity in your own systems. Once your own energy system is clear it's easier to discern what you want to bring in to your sphere and what you need to keep out because you have more energy and clarity to do the work.

Happy Mothers Day to all you divine women out there. Being a woman comes with that innate ability to nurture life and to love deeply. We don't always do it in the conventional ways but we all do it somehow some way and it;s not always easy. So whether you are mother to humans or furry 4 legged creatures or things that fly or grow in the earth I celebrate you!
