This summer, let’s keep our kids’ teeth strong and cavity-free by choosing the right drinks. 💧🥛
✅ Best choices: Water + plain milk
⚠️ Limit: Fruit juice, flavored milk, sports drinks
🚫 Avoid: Soda + sugary drinks

💡 Tip: Add fruit slices to water or give your kiddo a fun reusable bottle to encourage water sips all day long!
