Serving adults in Durham with severe and persistent mental illness. In our Clubhouse all work is done voluntarily and in collaboration with staff.

Threshold provides a structured work ordered day to Durham's most vulnerable citizens, adults who are living with severe and persistent mental illness. We are open 365 days of the year and celebrate all holidays on their respective day's of observance. Our Clubhouse is certified by the International Center for Clubhouse Development and CARF.
