Join Katie Cavenagh & Kris Konstantine as they take you through what Chiron’s retrograde through Aries means for us collectively and what we can do to navigate the deeper healing that’s being offered. Uncover what’s been secretly sabotaging your life and how to carry unhealed pain without letting it destroy you.

We will conduct a short talk/discussion about this retrograde cycle and a healing meditation with a collective card pull. Together we will acknowledge our deepest wounds and create safety within the nervous system to allow acceptance and understanding.

Adding the element of sound to your personal or professional wellness practice can help to enhance relaxation, release stagnant emotions, reduce stress and tension, improve mental clarity, revitalize the body and energy field, and leave you feeling lighter, happier, and open.

Come study with Katie Cavenagh and learn about what sound healing is (from an energetic and scientific perspective), techniques for practice, and how to safely and effectively facilitate a sound healing session.

As sound healing becomes more and more popular, understanding basic techniques and concepts will put you ahead of the game. In sound healing classes we cover an array of different instruments, techniques, and ways to incorporate the benefits of working with sound within your own personal journey.

Classes run several times a month and include: introduction to sound healing, instrumental classes (bowls, gongs, percussion, and voice), intensives, elemental sound, full 30 hour certification, and ReikiSound (must be reiki attuned). Small groups and in-depth information along with practical tips and techniques get you well on your way to developing or growing your sound healing practice.

A little learning can go a long way when working with sound to help you facilitate effective sessions. Learn best practices and what mistakes to avoid when setting up, creating, playing, and marketing your events. Just discovering a few simple exercises can bring you to a whole new level within your personal practice with sound, meditation, and your innate ability to heal yourself.

Hands-on, practical exercises will set you up to facilitate sound baths for yourself and others as well as help you develop and hone your skills for playing. Use these practice techniques to create beautiful soundscapes, and rest assured you’ll always be prepared, knowing how to build sound baths and meditations with a simple formula.
