Today there will be a lot of activity at 103 Belt Street in Durham.

This phase of The Work is about a physical space. In the beginning The Work was about designing and creating a premiere yoga studio. Thank you Ralph & Andrea, and Hanna! In this space The Work changed. We showed up - BIG TIME. We walked in with our fears, or with an over abundance of confidence, or loaded with frustrations, or managing injuries. We got pushed in ways we never expected. And WE GOT BETTER. We sweat it out, and sometimes cried it out. We planked through it. We held it in stillness. We took one breath at a time, and we got better together. THAT is The Work that truly defined BYD.

Now we come down to the logistics ... liquidating and clearing this beloved space

We will open the studio to liquidate remaining items on Saturday 8/22, from 10am until 2pm.

All physical items must be removed from or sold out of the studio on Saturday.

You are encouraged to pick-up mats or other items left behind at the studio. And to consider purchasing remaining items. Your purchase will help us defray the mounting costs of closing. We hope that everything can truly be put to use.

We will avoid cash transactions. Be prepared to make transactions via Venmo or Paypal.

We ask everyone to USE YOUR W's on Saturday! Wear a mask, which is required to enter. Wash hands frequently. Handsanitzer will be available throughout the studio. And wait. We will maintain a maximum of 6 people in-studio at a time. This will help us ensure social distancing, and may mean you have to wait to enter.
As we wind down on Saturday, any remaining items will be considered For Sale. If you arrange a purchase in advance, try to pick up early if possible.

It is possible to preview items in advance. Message directly for this resource.
