I offer private and semi-private mentoring sessions for licensed massage therapists who want focused, real-time feedback. Whether you’re refining technique, improving flow, troubleshooting client cases, or dialing in your body mechanics, these sessions are tailored to you.

You can book one-on-one or share the time with a colleague to split the cost.

✨ Great for:

• Technique refinement + smoother transitions
• Body mechanics (informed by my Rolfing® background)
• Bar setup + efficiency
• Practice-building, marketing, or website feedback
• Working through specific client challenges

If you’ve been curious about ashiatsu barefoot massage, but waiting for the right place to start, my Fundamentals class in November is for you.

Fundamentals is where your FasciAshi training begins. You’ll learn how to use your feet to deliver deep, consistent fascial work, using body weight and gravity to create pressure with less effort. The class focuses primarily on posterior work with the client prone, with some supine work included.

It may be the beginner level, but it will challenge your mind, body, and SOLE. We’ll cover body mechanics, bony landmarks, endangerment sites, muscle pathways, and how to use the overhead bars and suspended Ashi-Strap to support your pressure, flow, and balance.

If you’ve been waiting for your sign, this is it.

For me, it started when I felt bored in my practice.

Not because I did not care.
Not because I was done learning.
But because it felt like something was missing.

I was seeing the same clients week after week with the same complaints. I could help, but the changes did not seem to last. I knew there had to be another layer I was not yet getting to.
At the same time, I was dealing with chronic pain of my own.

After three rear-end collisions and a decade of deep tissue work, I was dealing with thoracic outlet syndrome and daily headaches. My hands and arms were worn out. I was trying to help other people feel better while my own body was struggling to keep up.

That is what first led me to barefoot massage. I needed a way to keep doing the work I loved without continuing to sacrifice my own body.

Even after making that shift, I still felt like I had hit a dead end.

Barefoot massage helped me work in a more sustainable way, but I still felt like I was missing something in my own healing and in the results I wanted for my clients.

Then I was referred to a Rolfer and went through the 10 Series. By the end, I looked at my husband and said, “I have to learn how to do this.”

I did not know exactly what the next step would look like. I just knew I needed more.

If you are feeling bored, burned out, or like you have hit a dead end in your practice, pay attention to that.

Sometimes it is not a sign that you are done.
Sometimes it is a sign that you are ready for the next layer.

Our barefoot massage CE classes are not just about saving your body. They are about refining your therapeutic approach, working smarter, and expanding what is possible for both you and your clients.

This is your friendly reminder to LOOK UP when you’re giving barefoot massage.

If you’ve taken a class with me, you’ve heard me say it over and over again.

Trust what you feel with your feet, and focus on proper body mechanics. 👏

When I explain Ashiatsu to potential clients, I tell them: ‘It’s just massage using a different tool – my feet.”

If you’ve ever dragged yourself through a day of five or six back-to-back deep tissue sessions, you know the physical toll it takes.

Even with solid body mechanics and years of anatomy training, deep work, it can be brutal on the hands, wrists, and shoulders.

With barefoot massage, I use gravity, leverage, and full-body movement. I can easily perform long fascial holds and provide the deep pressure clients crave, without pain or strain.
