Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡

“I started OTF as a member in 2019 before starting my coaching journey in Tallahassee in 2023. I graduated in May from FSU with my Master’s in Exercise Physiology and just moved back to NC this summer. My favorite part of OTF is anything involving running and my favorite music to play is rap! I’m super excited to start coaching at DSP and getting to know all of the members!”
