We are really looking forward to our Open Heart Sound Ceremony with Crystal THIS Saturday, February 14th at 7:15pm! A little note from Crystal on what to expect for this sound ceremony:

“I have been experimenting with a lot of different ways to incorporate the Native American flute into a sound bath.

This week’s sound bath is starting to evelove into something that is making me rethink how I do everything in my playing style.

When I do sounds baths I typically have a format where the flutes are our guides at the end to bring us the air and lift our spirits … they usually only get a 10min portion in my events.

This time around they will be the main stars and will guide us deep into the heart center. I look forward to playing and I hope to see you all there.”

I am feeling so grateful to have had the opportunity to play at the Raleigh Won Buddhism Meditation Center. It is such a wonderful beautiful welcoming space for all spiritual paths to meet and meditate together.
