Hey Everyone!
January is almost here and I have a few more spot available for new and past folks starting January 8. I will be available Tuesday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. I'm still located in Durham and will continue to offer both virtual and in-person appointments. I take Aeta, BCBS, and Cigna insurance. As a reminder, I am licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia.
I work with late adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, difficulty with life transitions, and assistance with changing unhelpful behaviors (i.e. self-harm). I also have work experience as a first responder and enjoy providing services for other first responders.
