He made changes in his diet and exercise habits as well as getting Chiropractic adjustments every two weeks. After a relatively short few months he made that statement. If you want to be able to say that too, come see Dr Merritt at Merritt Chiropractic in Durham -unh

As leaves pile up around your house keep these tips in mind to avoid unnecessary injuries:
1. Wear gloves. 2. Switch directions, right hand high then left hand high, raking in the same direction causes pain for some of our patients every year. 3. Don’t overdo it, the leaves will still be there in an hour, take some breaks. 4. Make it a group activity. For more, reach out to us.

Your plan for exercise. Over the years I have seen lots of students come to school in September fresh off lots of summer exercise. But as the school year gets busier and the weather gets colder, they jettison the exercise that was keeping them feeling great.
Make a plan to ensure you don’t fall into this trap. Pick activities you like doing and prioritize them. Your physical health impacts your mental and emotional health.

Welcome back to the UNH community! As the UNH campus starts to come back after 5 months, we would like to make you aware of things that have changed in town and at the Merritt Chiropractic Center:

--The town of Durham passed a mask ordinance which requires a face covering when out in public and unable to socially distance. It also requires the wearing of a mask to enter a business. You can read the mask ordinance here: www.ci.durham.nh.us/sites/default/files/fileattachments/town_administration/page/58191/mask_ordinance_and_map.pdf

--We have been open throughout the pandemic trying to keep our patients healthy and out of the local ER and urgent care.

--We have also implemented very strict disinfection protocols to minimize the risks of COVID-19 infection. Among the steps we have taken include limiting the number of patients in the office at one time, spraying down high-touch areas regularly, increased table sanitation measures and providing hand sanitizer for patients.

If you have any questions about any of this or anything else, please reach out. Stay healthy and do your part to help all of us get through this pandemic.

Welcome to Merritt Chiropractic Center

At Merritt Chiropractic, we believe that both a clear mind and a positive attitude begin with a healthy body.

Pain, a condition where the body is signaling dysfunction, must be approached at its root cause. By improving the body's overall function, and by stimulating the body's innate healing ability, Dr. Wes Merritt's whole-body approach to health and well-being has helped thousands of patients in the Seacoast area since 1990.

To help ensure a rewarding and enjoyable lifestyle, Merritt Chiropractic works with patients to restore balance to the movement and position of the spinal joints through targeted and gentle adjustments. Because the nervous system is key to a body’s potential to heal itself, these adjustments keep the spine from subluxation and are truly considered the best preventative measure against disease and decline.

Merritt Chiropractic Center knows that your overall health is your most important possession. This is why it is our pleasure to assist in helping you reach your body’s full and incredible potential.
