Bull City Pilates and Massage brings together an integrated approach, to help you achieve and maintain optimum wellness.

A fully-equipped Pilates and Massage studio located in the heart of Durham, NC with a highly-trained staff that offers a variety of therapeutic modalities and methods to bring together a personalized approach as our top priority. We are a husband and wife team with over 15 years of experience between us. We offer massage to release holding patterns and rehydrate the connective tissue of the body, and Pilates to deepen awareness and strengthen from the inside out. By integrating both of these modalities, you will feel and see the difference in your body. Best of all, we provide affordable packages that can be used interchangeably for Pilates or massage. We are excited to be part of the Durham community!

Hi! After a few wonderful weeks of travel and a bout of Covid, I’m back and so ready to dive back into Pilates land! November is all about slowing it down, so that’s our theme. Slow but steady. Nourishing movement but also strength. Sink into the season and move your body well! There is space in Wed class this week-let’s go!
