Your mind is like a movie recorder. Thoughts are the vocabulary of the brain. Feeling are the vocabulary of the body. How you think & how you feel creates your state of being. Every one of your problems has an emotion attached to it.
Your undealt unfelt problems - job, spouse, children, health, out of control, needing to be strong, everyone counting on you, feeling alone ... can be suppressed for only so long until it finally lets go through dis-ease, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, insomnia.
Often in just one hypnosis session new neurons get fired & wired while the past patterns get shifted free. The subconscious mind is very powerful! Traditional talk therapy often takes much longer & doesn't really have access to the root causes. Meds just mask.
The real question is "do you want to crash into the iceberg like the Titanic" or "do you prefer to stand on top of the iceberg feeling victorious & free?" When you open your eyes in the morning, what do you tune into first—problems… or possibilities? It's a choice.
