EXPLORE Pediatric Therapy is thrilled to announce our Forest Adventure Groups, starting this September! These unique, large-group outdoor play experiences are specifically designed for children aged 7-12, and each session is expertly guided by an Occupational Therapist.

Why is this so important now? In today's screen-heavy world, children are missing out on crucial outdoor free play – the very kind that builds confidence, resilience, and vital social skills. Our mission is to combat the rising rates of anxiety and isolation by getting kids back outside, together.
