If your body feels like it’s holding on to tension, stress, or old movement patterns… you’re not imagining it. Hanna Somatics offers a gentle, mindful approach to retrain your nervous system, repattern your movement, and release deep muscular holding — so you can move with more ease and freedom.
This workshop blends Western neuroscience with the embodied wisdom of tai chi and qi gong. Through simple, intentional movements, you’ll learn how to sense and release habitual tension, improve mobility, and support a calmer, more resilient nervous system.
In this training, you will:
• Learn key Hanna Somatics movements, including pandiculation for deep muscle release
• Build a home practice to reduce chronic tension and discomfort
• Integrate somatic tools into yoga styles like Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative
• Understand how to strengthen and soothe your nervous system for lasting resilience
You’ll also receive:
Video recordings of each movement
A 15-week integration curriculum with prompts, questions, and exercises
