The... "ber" months are here! We have beautiful sunny days and cool nights (great for sleeping). I'm getting ready to use the heated pad on my table and just upgraded to a heated holster! I'm very excited to reconnect with the AMTA-MA Chapter board and take a great class in aromatherapy! I always love bringing new stuff to my clients!

A recent review that I want to share: Jen is the only one I trust !!! to provide me and my whole family an exceptional therapeutic massage! You can go in and explain where you are feeling pain or discomfort and she knows exactly!! what to do to resolve it by the time the massage is complete! I HIGHLY recommend her - I have been going to her for years- Jen is also very considerate, kind and a wonderful human being with a good heart! Go running there if you need your body to work at its best for you ! Being a nurse, she's resolved my work related back pain, shoulder pain, and neck tension - she also does a great lymphatic drainage which helps with detoxification- Thank you Jen for always helping me feel my best !!! You are a blessing !

Wow! What a ride! I just got back from Tampa FL where the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) had it's annual convention. IT WAS AWESOME! I came back to my practice renewed and ready to share new techniques and knowledge with my clients. I met new people and had a great time!
