Excellence in care doesn’t happen by chance — it happens because of dedicated, passionate people. The Bay Path (Duxbury) team just achieved a deficiency-free survey from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and we couldn’t be prouder.

To celebrate and thank them for their incredible work, every full-time and part-time staff member received a bonus in their paycheck.

We’re grateful for each person who makes our nursing home a place of safety, dignity, and exceptional care every single day. 💙 Congratulations, team — you’ve truly earned this!

We’re proud to share that Bay Path Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Duxbury has received a Deficiency-Free Survey from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)!

This outstanding achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and compassion our entire team puts into delivering high-quality care every day. A deficiency-free survey means our nursing home met or exceeded all state and federal standards during our most recent inspection; a true testament to our commitment to excellence in resident care and safety.

Our friend Ben was sporting his favorite tropical shirt yesterday, on Pina Colada Day, so of course we had to indulge in the virgin coconut/pineapple summer delight! And since today was National French Fry day, we had those too!
