Dreams are SO interesting to me! I am going to be talking more about dreaming and how dreams can be helpful to track for emotional and spiritual growth!

I call dreams gifts, I believe dreaming is a gift from your subconscious that helps to better understand and navigate your psyche!

EVERYONE dreams but not everyone remembers them, not remembering them is totally normal but if you tend to not remember your dreams the ones you do remember are typically important:)

This weeks journal prompts are focused on forgiveness, specifically forgiving others.

Holding on to hate does not help you, forgiveness is a hard thing to do when you feel so wronged by another person but at the end of the day it is about creating a better space for you in your own inner and outer world.

Forgiveness does not mean you have to let that person back in your life or that you have to approve of their behavior. It means you’ve accepted the situation for what it was, let it go, and hold no hate in your heart moving forward🤍

Remember that…
- Forgiveness is for you
- You’re aloud to forgive people at your own pace
- Forgiveness is a choice
- You deserve to have peace and love in your heart and mind
