What a beautiful gift we have been given in this amazing nervous system! We have our wise innate intelligence, running the show to help us to grow, digest our food, and repair each hurt.

We have hands to touch, eyes to see, noses to smell, tongues to taste and wonderful brains to process it all.

And when it doesn’t quite function that way, we have chiropractic to help us to reconnect to this innate power of LIFE within us.

My goal is to help someone get through something, literally helping them find their joy again.

In the health world, everybody wants the analytical: what’s wrong with me, what’s, what’s, what’s...

We give them a little bit of that but the biggest piece we give them is helping them get safe in their body, in their mind, with their thoughts, with their pain, with whatever is going on AND reconnecting with joy​.

I teach chiropractors and students from all over the world, in the USA, Spain, Germany, and Australia, with mission trips to Armenia and Nicaragua.

One of my most treasured accomplishments is her engagement the late Dr. Sue's Brown's community of Sacred Geometry. This inspired work has been part of my life for decades (I’m one of the original Staff Members) and I’m one of only twenty Masters worldwide.

So many beautiful healers in this world collapse as their own bodies are worn out. Or they experience compassion fatigue, feeling they have nothing left to give.

No more.

It is time for us to recharge, replenish, and refuel ourselves for service so we can continue on for many more years, strong and vigorous. And that means giving ourselves the gift of retreat. Of joy. Of nourishment.

This is why I began taking trips over a decade ago to heal myself. And along the journey, these beautiful moments happen! This is in Mallorca, at the DISCOVER event and Healing Fest with Dr. Mark Styers and so many other amazing people.

What is my favorite chiropractic technique? I’ve studied so many and respect them all. I encourage young doctors love to learning and add to their menu of skills and techniques so that they can use whatever their patient requires.
