From Nicaragua to Australia, Hamburg to Atlanta! I travel the world to share the gifts of chiropractic, to train students and doctors to understand our 3 Corporations as humans: Body, Mind and Spirit.

When the Mind is busy, busy, busy, we can still it by going to the Spirit with meditation and prayer. Or maybe we need to activate the Body, walking backwards or bouncing to connect with the limbic brain, joy brain!

As chiropractors, we play with the energy and tone of the body through movement.

So much illness goes around this time of year! What can we do ( talk to our clients about)?

Nourish yourself! If you don't have the energy to give, cancel whatever you need to, instead of pushing through.

I used to tell myself, "They need me." But really, I need myself. Resting and caring for myself isn't selfish - it is necessary!

Put your body in a position to improve, challenging your immune system with cold, fresh air (with well-bundled feet and fingers). I also massage my lungs to get crude out and ground my brain by walking, forward and backwards.
