Please exercise patience after leaving us a voice message when we are CLOSED, on Holiday, or simply too busy attending to patients to answer the phone. Please leave a RESPECTFUL voice message that includes your name and phone number (spoken clearly) so a return call is possible… something that you would comfortably say face to face perhaps… Please allow us time to return to work, the next work day, when we are CLOSED for the day… calling back 7 additional times, within hours of the first call, to let us know you haven’t heard back yet, when the office is closed for the day, doesn’t get either of us to the next work day any quicker… Thank you, Dr. Smith
