Symphony of Dyer will be Northwest Indiana’s newest Medical Resort™. The majority of the rooms will be single-bed rooms with private bathrooms.

The 82,108 square foot building will offer 30 service-rich, well-timed Assisted Living apartments and 100 Recovery Suites™ for those in need of top-of-the-line nursing and rehabilitative care. The handsomely-appointed design and hotel-like environment will be comfortable and engaging with concierge-style delivery of services and intergenerational activities. It will include a rehab center, movie theater, game room, restaurants, walking trails, Wi-Fi, an onsite chef and other amenities. The two-story development is expected to create 300 temporary construction as well as 115 full-time, good paying jobs when the building opens in April 2015. The Claremont of Dyer is a Member of Symphony Post Acute Network.
