Sissy found Sharon. Sissy did her program and I got so jealous watching her melt away. But, I could also see how much better she felt. This is not a weight loss program. It is a get healthy program. No gimmicks. No fad diet. The weight loss to me is an inevitable added bonus. We know our body and I knew my check engine light was on. My bloodwork got a tad wonky too. For the first time it showed dehydration. My cholesterol was also elevated. I can’t wait to repeat it and see a difference because I know I will! Anyway, if you feel your check engine light is on, give Sharon a call, text, or facebook message.
