Rounded Shoulders? A quick posture fix routine can help warm up, stretch out, and strengthen shoulders to combat rounded shoulders. Here we go!

Warm up: Pull shoulders back and use a ball to roll around the trigger points (pec minor) of the posterior (front) shoulder.

Stretch: Pull back shoulders and use bent arms to hold onto a doorway frame with forearms. Now, lean the body through the doorway. Hold for 30-60 seconds.

Strengthen: Point thumbs back and have shoulder blades touch in the back. Keep shoulder blades touching as you raise arms overhead and then back to your sides.

Motion sickness happens when the brain's equilibrium sentinel – the inner ear – can't make sense of the motion it's experiencing and so gets the rest of the body involved in a rebellion. Normally, the inner ear responds to movement automatically and so we aren't aware that it is working until the movement is too much for our vestibular system to handle. The vestibular system gets less efficient with age and doesn't respond as easily to motion of the head or to movement around us.

Save yourself from back and knee pain while driving. Take things out of back pockets for a balanced sitting position. Lean back a little. Sitting too close with knees too bent will cause pressure on knees. The angle of the seat back should be a little greater than 90 degrees. At 100 to 110 degrees, the seat will put the least pressure on the back and knees. Leaning too far back forces you to push your head and neck forward, which can cause neck and shoulder pain and tingling in the fingers.

5 Quick Exercises For Carpal Tunnel

1. Wrist Rotations
Rotate your wrists by moving only your hands up, down, left, and right. Repeat up to 4x.

2. Finger Stretch
Stretch your fingers wide and then relax them, and repeat up to 4x.

3. Thumb Stretch
Using your opposite hand, push your thumb backward until you feel a gentle stretch. Repeat up to 4x.

4. Prayer Stretch
Put your hands together under your chin in a prayer position.
Push your hands down to your waist until you feel a moderate stretch. Hold for up to 30 seconds. Repeat 2-4x.

5. Wrist Flexor Stretch
Hold your hand out in front of you, with the palm face-up.
Bend your hand back towards the floor, stretching the palm side of the wrist.
Use your other hand to bend your hand back even more, deepening the stretch. Hold for up to 30 seconds. Repeat on each hand 2-4x.
