Grace Family Practice Clinic is open 8am-8pm Monday, November 25, 2024 and Tuesday, November 26, 2024 this week. We will close Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 5pm and will not reopen until Monday, December 2, 2024 at 8am. Happy Thanksgiving from the staff.
