West TN Dental Group is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant.

Position: Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant
Location: West TN Dental Group-Dyersburg, TN

Key Responsibilities:
• Sterilization and proper maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
• Preparation and turnover of treatment rooms between patients
• Adherence to strict infection control and OSHA protocols
• Support to clinical staff as needed to ensure efficient patient care
• Assisting the Doctor clinically chairside for dental procedures

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and protocols
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate

We had such a fun morning together eating breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and then seeing the Human Body exhibit at Discovery Park on Friday. It's a blessing when you love spending time with your coworkers outside of work as well! ❤️
