Fun Friday at Okeena!

We’ve had a full week of fun here at Okeena! Spirit Week brought out everyone’s creativity with Favorite Holiday Day and Y2K Day, while our residents enjoyed Beauty Shop Fall Bingo with cookies and coffee.

We also took a moment to celebrate our amazing Dietary Team with a special lunch and gift bags full of goodies to thank them for all their hard work and dedication.

John’s Journey to Independence

John Morris came to Okeena needing moderate assistance for mobility and moderate-to-maximum assistance for daily living tasks. In less than one month, John made incredible progress, achieving 90% of his therapy goals. At discharge, he was able to move with contact guard assistance and perform daily tasks with supervision or setup support.

John shared, “Y’all have been so nice to me and I appreciate all y’all have done for me.”
