We also had a wonderful visit from the Dyer County Jr. ROTC. Such an incredible group that everyone enjoyed!

And of course, we couldn’t miss the laughs from celebrating Look-Alike Day. So many great moments all week long.

Zero deficiencies and ZERO doubt about this team!

We’re proud to share that Okeena Health and Rehab just wrapped up their state survey with a perfect, zero-deficiency result. From start to finish, this was all about hard work, dedication, and true teamwork showing up strong.

A special shoutout to Betty Franks for helping lead the charge and setting us up for success!

And of course… we had to celebrate the only way that made sense… Zero bars for ZERO deficiencies!

Join us for Family FUN with Your Loved One, a new monthly event created to bring residents and their families together.

Our first event, Taste of Okeena, will take place on Tuesday, April 21 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Families are invited to enjoy a sampling of favorites from our kitchen while spending quality time with their loved one.
